Spring

We are not waiting for some great revelation from above to save us from our incompetence as guardians of this world and put everything in order. Rather, we are waiting to see the sun rise over everything we have done, to see the fruits of our labors blossom in an eternal spring.

It will come upon the world as a spring rain upon a plowed and seeded field. Plow and sow now, while there is still time.

...When spring will be coming...
Posted: June 15, 2008
Once again I want to thank you for the comforting words you choose!
During the last days I have been looking back at my life and it made me nearly depressive.
Having been busy all the time, having tried to do what is asked from me, to work for G-d, and instead seeing the fruits and be glad about it, it seems, as if I did more wrong than right things.
Sometimes it occures to me as a big mess, I leave behind.
May be, I too will see the fruit of my labours blossom in the eternal spring.
And these words are able to give some trust and take the sadness of my imperfect work away.
