From Sintagma Square:

 Go down Ermou St. until Monastiraki Square and continue as below.

 From Monastiraki Square:

 Take Ermou St. in the direction of Thisio (not in direction of Sintagma). Turn right on Karaiskaki St. (there is a hotel called Pella inn at the corner). The second street to your left is Aisopou.

From the metro:

Take the green line (number 1) Pireos - Kifissia, or the blue line (number 1) Egaleo - Doukisis Plakentias, and get off at
Monastiraki station. Then Follow the directions above.
