Chabad of Athens was established in spring 2001, and is directed by Rabbi Mendel and Nechama Hendel . Chabad's goal is to establish a welcoming and warm center for each and every Jew, local as well as travellers, providing them with all their Jewish needs.

The Chabad House- as well as the Kosher restaurant, where the Shabbat meals take place - are located in central Athens, Psisir, 10 Aisopoy St. It is about 5 minutes walk from the Synagogue.
