Going Kosher at the Olympics

(IsraelNN.com) With the Olympic Games drawing near, kosher sports fans will be pleased to know that a kosher restaurant will be opening on August 1st under the banner Kosher at the Olympics. It will be the only kosher restaurant in Athens and offer traditional Greek cuisine.
The restaurant is not a profit making venture, but a service to the Jewish traveling public including workers at Olympic venues, officials, athletes, friends and families, and spectators.
According to Rabbi Mendel Hendel, the profits of the restaurant will go to local charities and social services of the community.
